Methodology
How a fact becomes public content
Verification is not a label added to content. It is a complete publishing threshold covering the fact, its sources, authorization and version.
- 01
Collect facts
Record the brand entity, product or service, intended audience, limitations and original sources without filling gaps with unverified information.
- 02
Check sources
Confirm that each source is accessible, directly supports the fact and remains current, then record the result.
- 03
Confirm authorization
Define what can be made public, permitted publishing channels and the withdrawal process. Content outside that scope cannot be published.
- 04
Review manually
Review factual accuracy, compliance risk and the publishing version separately. Any content change invalidates the previous approval.
- 05
Publish and review
Public pages carry version and verification markers. Accessibility, crawlability, indexing and AI citation are then observed as separate states.
